In 2025, Ivan Zamata and his wife, Graciela, opened the doors to their very own restaurant at 240 W 238th Street in The Bronx. With no fanfare or press, just love for food and a dream, they launched a place that celebrates the bold, rich flavors of Mexican cuisine.
Rooted in Heritage, Served with Heart
As immigrants with deep ties to the Hispanic community, especially among Mexicans and Peruvians, Ivan and Graciela built their kitchen around traditional recipes and high-quality, fresh ingredients. They still cook side by side every day, pouring their heart into every dish.
